Blissful beachfront Palacio in Perdido Key! , Perdido Key, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

I’ve stayed in Perdido Key various times a year for the last 5 years. This was my first time renting Palacio and with Kate. The communications were prompt and efficient, kind and professional. The condo is spacious and well appointed...I had everything needed to cook, relax, play...very nice condo. Comfortable beds and nice having three baths. There will definitely be a repeat stay here.

We stayed there for the 5th year last week. The place is wonderful. Kate is Super to work with! The condo is beautiful and has all the amenities. Beautiful views of the ocean from the front balcony (especially in the morning). Sunset views over Ono Island from the back balcony. We plan on staying there every year until we retire and move down there. Pools are great! Beach is beautiful! Plenty of great restaurants and bars close by. Paradise!!

We enjoyed our Palacio stay for a long weekend. Lovely grounds, quick walk to the beach. Pool area is great. The condo is nice and spacious with an awesome view from the balcony and the front patio! In walking distance to two restaurants and a cafe and snowball stand. Can’t go wrong booking here. Kate was great to work with!

This was our second year renting Kate's unit. We just love this place. Kate is so easy to work with and just a pleasure to deal with. Love this location in Perdido Keys. We have already booked for next year. Hopefully the weather will be better but coming from the Chicago area we were real happy we weren't at home this year. Can't wait to come back. Thanks again Kate, we really appreciated our trip.

Great condo and location! My family and I were very comfortable, the condo is clean and well appointed - everything you need! Kate (the owner) is awesome to work with and I have stayed here twice. I highly recommend this location!

The Palacio 1006 is a wonderful place. The condo itself is laid out very well with 3 BR and 3 Baths, provided nice privacy for everyone and plenty of room for our sons and their families. The condition of the condo and the property was great. Both well maintained, the beach and pool setup was very nice and clean. The views from 1006 were incredible, you could see all around the area from the balconies, very relaxing. Overall, definitely exceeded my expectations. Perdido Key area is really a great area, much less density than Gulf Shores where we had stayed in the past. We will definitely be back! Kate was a pleasure to work with, great communication, answered questions timely. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but had full confidence they would have been addressed with urgency. Highly recommend!

This was our second year staying here and we had just as much fun as the first time. Kate is SO easy to get ahold of, although we didn't have any reason to contact her this trip. The grounds are beautiful and the condo itself is spacious enough for two families with small children. Can't say enough good things...will be back next year! ;-)

the condo was beautiful and the area was peaceful and quite. Traffic was very light. Loved the area and would definitely go again. Not as crowded as some areas we have visited down the coast. Highly recommend if you don't like the hustle and bustle.

We don't get to take time off very often so when we do we always look for accommodations that meet our every need. This condo did not disappoint and Kate is fabulous to work with. Very comfortable and up to date. We would highly recommend!

We have stayed in this condo twice now, once in Sept, 2015 and once in June 2016. This condo exceeded our expectations with plenty of room and such a nice location. Would recommend this condo over the Orange Beach condos for the extra room it provides. The tenth floor is perfect for views of the beach and dolphins in the morning. Thanks again Tom and Kate for a great place to take a vacation.

This condo was better than I expected! Great layout and plenty of room for 8 adults (and 2 children). The bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The view from inside and outside was beautiful. We enjoyed the location because it wasn't in the center of a busy, touristy area. The Naval Aviation Museum is also nearby. There are also plenty of luggage carts and buggies to help you get all your things to your condo. We will stay here again!

This was our second spring break vacation in this condo. Kate is super easy to work with and communicates promptly. The condo has an excellent layout, and having 3 full baths makes this a great unit for 2 families or an extended family to stay together. The corner location gives it great views from both balconies and keeps it very quiet as well. The cleaning staff had this unit spotless for us. And it is nicely decorated. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen is well stocked. The Perdido Key area is convenient to both Gulf Shores and Pensacola Beach. We enjoyed lots of beach time and relaxing. Fort Pickens, the Naval Aviation Museum, and the Adventure Island mini-golf/arcade were big hits.

We stayed for 2 1/2 months in this beautiful condo and couldn't be more satisfied! It is spacious, has fantastic views and is in the perfect location for our tastes. Kate is extremely easy to work with and is so accommodating. She checked on us from time to time to be sure everything was going fine for our extended stay. We will miss those morning views from the master bedroom, watching the dolphins and beach birds going about their business. We were completely relaxed our entire stay! Great fishing, beach combing, bike trails nearby and the local restaurants were exceptional! The Jellyfish Restaurant just across the street has excellent sushi and burgers, Fisherman's Corner is one of our favorites with a bit of creole flair in an eclectic atmosphere, Nick's in Pensacola had oyster night $3/dozen! We took advantage of the heated lap pool and hot tub and met so many great people during our stay. We are looking forward to our next stay already!

What a great location to spend the holidays. The unit has been tastefully updated and is in a great location for enjoying the beach and fireworks. We look forward to visiting again.
