We have stayed in this exact condo FIVE times over the past six years. We keep going back because it’s such a nice place to stay. It’s always clean and has everything we need. We have made so many memories here! It has the BEST view and right on the ocean! We also enjoy the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, and hot tub as well! It’s very close to shopping, good food, and anything you may want to do. We have never run out of things to do. It’s such a beautiful location and you cannot go wrong with this location!! We will be back again next year!

Imagine stepping out onto your balcony and all you see is Florida's Emerald coast, some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the south. The balcony has a panormamic view of the Gulf and has high back chairs and also a chaise lounge. Sit back and relax on your balcony and take in the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico.
You will be impressed with the interior with its crown molding, new doors, BRAND NEW KITCHEN, maple kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and appliances as well as a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook while on vacation. It has a Samsung 46 inch LED High Definition TV in the living area and a video library for the times you just want to lay back and relax as well as broadband Internet access. The living room has two NEW leather glider recliners, a swivel chair and a BRAND NEW queen size sofa bed. The dining area seats FOUR people. Bedroom has king size bed, plenty of storage space, and a 36 inch flat screen TV. Except for the bedroom, all areas are tiled. There is a common area coin laundry room on the first floor.
The unit is ideal for a couple or a family with ONE child. The Sun is a quiet paradise where relaxation and total enjoyment will be your fortune. The Perdido Sun has an exercise room, glass enclosed indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool and hot tub. We also have a grassy common area beachside where kids can play safely. Want to BBQ while on vacation Permanent charcoal grills have been installed on the east sife of the building for your use.
Reminder: This is a non-smoking unit and the building has a NO Pets policy.
