The condo was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! We look forward to staying again some day, the sooner the better.

We had a great time and enjoyed this condo very much. Len was great. Kept in contact with us and it made for a great stay. This Condo is perfect for a small family of 4. It had everything you need including chairs and an umbrella for the beach. I cannot say enough about the place. This was our third visit to Perdido Sun Condos. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you Len!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit. The condo had everything we wanted/needed. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The beach is fantastic and there is a huge variety of shopping and dining near by. The owner did a great job of communicating with us and we would definitely stay again.

This is our 6th or 7th stay in this unit and our 10th stay at one of Mr. Farina’s properties. We love spending the new year watching the dolphins swim from this balcony. It is perfect for the two of us! You will have a well stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed and you can’t beat the views from the balcony. We love it here!

Condo has great views and is close to shopping and restaurants

We stayed 4 nights in unit 812 at the Perdido Sun Condos and couldn't have expected more. Very clean, condo was well maintained and convenient to many shops and restaurants. Leonard is a great host.

Friendly environment, helpful condo staff. The condo owner went above and beyond. Called me and made sure everything was good in the condo and made us feel welcomed. I will be back.

We love visiting the gulf coast and this is now our favorite location. The view from both inside the condo and the balcony is Ahhhmazing! Leonard has fully stocked the condo and we appreciated the extra TP, paper towels and hand soap. The room was clean, comfortable and updated. Love having secure keypad entry at the condo and throughout the building. Great outdoor pool and super easy to get to the beach. We are hoping to be back again soon!

The condo was in the perfect location, right outside the beach. Our host, Leonard was great! Kept us in the loop with everything we needed to know. Place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The indoor pool was closed but it didn't matter, we enjoyed the beach and the outdoor pool. It was a great time!

We had a wonderful time in this condo which is ideal for a couple. Great views from the deck and very functional floorplan. We plan on returning!

Title says it all. I was please the kitchen was so well stocked, the bed linens had high thread count, the bath towels were pristine white, thick and fluffy, there were extra trash bags and each of the two bathrooms had two full rolls of TP. These might sound like small touches but all were very appreciated by me.

My husband and I had a great time in this lovely unit! Beautiful views, Clean, Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful Beach! We will definitely come back!

The unit was beautiful and clean! The balcony looks right out to the ocean! The plaza across the street had shops and dining! The indoor pool was closed because of COVID but everything else was good to go. Private section of beach was clean amd beautiful!!

Thank you for a great place to stay! The building was really well kept. The pools were beautiful. The beach access couldn’t be any better. While we were there there weren’t a lot of other vacationers so we had plenty of space to stretch out on the clean beautiful beach. The room had 2 beach lounge chairs that we used everyday. That was a really nice touch that saved us money because we didn’t have to rent or buy chairs. The room was awesome. We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the roomy balcony drinking coffee, reading and listening to the surf. We brought food to fix for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the things that brought. The bed was comfy and the shower was pleasant! What more could you ask for? It was a really great trip.

This was such a nice, beautiful place to stay. The condo was very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen had all of the appliances and dishes we needed. I enjoyed the beach theme of the decorations. I love the area and there are several great restaurants nearby. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world, and the view from the 10th floor was amazing. Our host was excellent and very helpful and made sure we were comfortable we had everything we needed.

This was our second time to rent this condo. We enjoy the amenities and the view from the balcony. The condo owner always checks in so that he can take care of any issues we might have. Always a pleasant stay.

Great area and location . Away from the crowds of Gulf Shore. Conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants . very relaxing . Len was great to work with . I have used VRBO now for over 10 years and very pleased.

The owner is extremely conscientious and responsive. The unit was clean, well-stocked and it met all of our needs. Enjoyed the visit and no doubt would visit again.

PEACEFUL QUIET BEAUTIFUL

Unit was just as described, loved the location! Easiest transaction with an owner I have ever had. Really appreciated him checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. Unit was extremely nice, pool and hot tub were amazing. Price point was really what sold me on choosing this unit. Overall wonderful experience! There is also a GREAT delivery option close by called Liliannas that has the best Italian food. The location was everything we wanted, not overcrowded, and absolutely breathtaking views.

Len's property was right on the beach and he was very easy to work with. This condo is a little dated, but perfect for our needs. It was great that he provided chairs, an umbrella, and a board for the beach. The beach was amazing with clear water and white sandy beaches.
