Windemere Resort 604, Perdido Key, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

My husband and I stayed for a week at this condo. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View of the ocean was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in #604!! Location was very convenient to both Florida and Alabama. Condo was clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We would stay again if down this way!

We love this condo in Perdido Key. It's great for a couple or small family. Good view of the beach and the beach is not crowded like it would be in Orange Beach. Not too far from stores and restaurants. We've been going here for years. Owner is great to work with also.

We stayed in Windemere 604 & it was perfect for our family of 4! The bunk beds were very comfortable for our 8 & 11 year olds. The master bedroom had plenty of room & the king size bed was very comfortable! The view from the 6th floor was great & the elevators were so fast! We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Great location. a good pizza restaurant on one side of the building and the ocean on the other side of the condo unit. What more do you need? The hosts were very good about communicating with you regarding your accommodations. The condo unit was comfortable and had everything you needed including beach chairs and an umbrella.

Wonderful, clean and secure place to stay right in the beach with beautiful views. Kitchen is well equipped. Staff was helpful. Very peaceful. I plan on staying there again in the future.

First off, the owner of this condo is first class in all aspects. His communication is excellent. We had a minor issue with a toilet, and he made sure it was fixed immediately. Len is very professional in handling all the check-in, check-out procedures and the rental lease contracts. The unit itself was great. The view is amazing. The kitchen has way more than you would ever need. The grounds are well kept. The amenities are fantastic. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Fall is my favorite time to go to the Gulf Coast...and this unit is my perfet getaway. No issues with anything on this trip. The bed slept well, the couch was comfy, and everyting I expected to be there was there. I'll be booking this unit again!

This is a great ocean front condo with a short walk to the waters edge. Owner is wonderful to deal with, and the room was clean and well stocked.

We had another great week at the beach this year. We love this unit and the area. Traffic is not too bad and you are still close to everything.

Our week in Victoria Secret was super. We had never been to this area so we weren’t sure what to expect. While not brand new the unit was well maintained. Perfect for my wife and I. Nice that we had an assigned covered parking space. It was convenient to drop some of our beach stuff at the car and not haul it back to the room. We had our entry code and parking space number a week before we arrived. The owner was very attentive. Responded quickly to the few questions we had. Beach was super and we didn’t have to fight for our little patch of sand. The pool was nice as well with just a short detour as we went up to the condo. My only issues were the ambient light we got in the bedroom which was pretty bright and the traffic noise from the highway in front of the condo (next time I’ll bring earplugs. 100% would return again.

Condo was great well furnished for your needs, clean and that view, facility was clean quite and secure.

This is the second year at this property. Great view of the Gulf. location is not far from restaurants and groceries. Could use a few simple updates - new beach chairs, umbrella (there's a base but no unbrella), vacuum, etc. Otherwise we love staying here.

This 1 bedroom condo on the 6th floor has a balcony overlooking the ocean. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Noticed the blind was broken and the owner replaced it within the week. My first time on Perdido Key and it was a lot quieter than Orange beach or Gulf Shores.

This condo directly on the beach was so well stocked and clean! I really liked that it was in the middle of Pensacola as well as Orange Beach. We had the beach basically to ourselves the whole time. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a cozy condo. The location is great. The beach wasn’t crowded. The only thing we didn’t like was the furniture on the deck, the chairs were uncomfortable. We definitely plan on coming back.

My friends and I were very happy with this place! It was clean and exactly as advertised. Beautiful beach view! I don't know about my friends, but I will definitely be considering one of the owner's units in the future!

Can not say enough goods things about this unit and owners. Everything was just like it says. This was our 3rd time staying in this unit, unit, beach, view was great. Will be back soon and will definitely be staying in this unit.

We've stayed at Windemere several times. Victoria's Secret @Windemere, love it & location, beautiful gulf front overlooking pool too. Wonderful having a designated parking spot! Very nice having beach service also for chairs & umbrella. Condo located close to elevators a plus! Not too close but just right. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Mr. Farina

We had a great vacation at this condo. It is located right on the ocean and you can sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean waves. It is a perfect location and restaurants are close by. It has a covered parking spot as well.

Great location and a very short drive to several restaurants. Retail is also less than five minutes away. The beach was not crowded and there is plenty of space to spread out. Johnson Beach is right down the road.

We arrived to a very clean and conviently located condo. We enjoyed the condo, beach and all of the amenities that were offered. We orginally booked a different condo but because of covid-19 we had to postpone our trip so we booked Victoria's Secret. Lenard worked with me for hours trying to get our trip planned. He was very helpful and was so glad that we were able to go. We plan on returning in a few months.

Have stayed at the Windemere several times, but this was the first time in unit #604. Very nice unit, comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking. #604 had really good A/C, and a great parking spot under the building. The owner was easy to work with, and the instructions for the unit were thorough and easy to understand. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time again this summer. The location of this condo is perfect if you want to stay away from the traffic of Orange Beach but not be too far away to enjoy both the Orange Beach and Pensacola aras . The unit is perfect for a couple or small family and comes with covered parking, which is a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit had everything we needed- even a kettle for my morning tea. The owner was very responsive. And the location was perfect - right on the beach, with several restaurants within walking distance!

We stayed at unit 604. Everything was great. The only complaint was the stove needs to be updated. The view and room itself are very nice and it's so peaceful. Will definitely return. The owner is amazing to work with.
