This two story condo has brick flooring throughout the entire first floor accompanied by a custom fleur de lis paint job.

As you enter the home, you are welcomed by the open floor plan and plentiful lighting. The kitchen, on your left, has stainless steel appliances and updated granite counter tops. The room has abundant counter and cabinet space and is fully equipped with everything you need to have a real chef’s kitchen. The spacious island has seating for four with additional seating at the dining room table for six people.

Moving on to the living room, the built in flat screen television catches your eye. The comfy furniture has enough seating for five and TV trays in case you’d like to eat in the living room. The couch also pulls out into a queen size bed for addition sleeping arrangements for two people.

There is also a half bath and a laundry room downstairs. There are four sets of double doors that line the living area and lead you out onto the balcony. From the balcony you see have a lovely view of the courtyard with beautiful palm trees and a fountain.

As you walk upstairs, you have 2 fully carpeted bedrooms and 2 full baths.

The master Bedroom has a King size bed, plentiful drawer space, and a nook that is the perfect size for a crib or pack-n-play. The master bath has a spacious walk in shower, dual vanity, and an updated toilet.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen television, built in drawer space and another nook that is the perfect size for a crib or pack-n-play. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower and updated counters and tilework.
