We loved the property and its proximity and views of the beach/ocean. The decks were awesome and we spent a lot of time out there watching the kids swim and have a blast.
The home was very clean and we will defiantly stay here again.
The property company was also extremely responsive to any request that we had during our stay.

We had a large group of siblings and their children. The house provided everything we needed for a nice stay at the beach. The outdoor patio and deck area is fantastic!. We cook our own meals, and the kitchen was well supplied for that option. It was nice that every bedroom had a private bath. It was also very nice that the beach access did require a key fob for privacy. I would absolutely stay there again.

This house was great for our 4 families (16 people age range from 4 - 45) 3 minute walk to the beach. Very private and quiet. The pool was excellent for the kids, especially the younger ones. Location was perfect. Alvin's beach store is only 1 mile away or less (my 11 and 13 year old biked there and back multiple times for shirts, rashguards, spinners, gifts) and the outlet stores are a very short distance away (the traffic is crazy on 98, almost easier to bike to the stores) CVS, Winn Dixie grocery store were very close. There's a gas station right on the corner when entering/exiting the house/subdivision area. Management was excellent and very responsive. Balconies were great for early morning reading/yoga. Living room area/kitchen area was large enough to fit us all. We did a lot of cooking/grilling/breakfasts at the house. The Baytown Wharf is also maybe 2-3 miles away and a great place to walk/shop/eat. Golf courses all around. Highly recommend. Thank you William, Hector for answering all of our questions, and doing what you could to make our stay fabulous!

Enjoy a short stroll to the beach, relaxing and lounging outdoors when you stay at Mingo Manor! Expansive Gulf views, an open-air deck that runs the length of the home and a lagoon-shaped pool are all waiting for you. Unwind in the shade under the patio and poolside arbor or catch some rays in the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco as the you enjoy a beautiful sunset.
This home offers two separate, spacious living areas. Relax on the plush sofa and catch the latest game on the flat-screen TV above the mantle. A loveseat and pair of swivel arm chairs provide extra seating. A glass topped dining table offers seating for four and a café-style table with three bar-height chairs overlook the pool area from the window upstairs. A granite countertop bar separates the dining room from the kitchen and provides four more barstools for additional seating.
The granite kitchen counters offer plenty of space for prepping a family meal. Glass doors lead to a large upstairs deck with an additional dining table- perfect for an al fresco meal. The slate tile floors lead to a back stairway which accesses the lower living area off the pool. This home can comfortably sleep up to 20 guests.

Mingo Manor is located in the quiet Gulf Pines neighborhood. This community is minutes from Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
POOL & POOL HEATING: The pool dimensions are 15' x 8' x 6.5'. POOL HEATING - The private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day; 7-day minimum. There is an overflow spa area which is built into the pool, and shares the same heating elements, circulation and filtration system as the rest of the pool. THIS SPA IS NOT A HOT TUB and will not reach hot tub temperatures. Heating must be purchased for Spa to heat.
*The garage is not available for guest use.
