Greg was great at answering all my questions about his house before I booked with him. Once we got to sandestin& entered his house, his house did not disappoint. It was beautifully decorated,very comfy beds&leather reclining sofa,nice kitchen& plenty big for my family of 5 to spread out& relax. The movie channels on big tv in living room& 6 seater golf cart were a huge hit with my family. The backyard on the golf course with views on bay were beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us& my dog to run around. Just make sure you follow all rules in sandestin especially with golf cart so u don't get fined. His house is very close to silver sands outlet& many restaurants & shops. Loved that he provided beach towels,chairs,& umbrellas & was very responsive to anything I needed during my stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here for the week of Memorial Day. Once we arrive, we never leave. The house is clean and outfitted well, and the grill works great. I spend most of my time on the back porch looking at the driving range and the bay in the distance. Relaxing vacation stay that our family enjoys. newly renovated kitchen is great and the new golf cart is perfect for getting around the resort.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The house was gorgeous and spotless when I came in. This was the first time I have ever taken a vacation alone, so my parents were a little worried. The neighborhood was great and extremely safe, and the all of the neighbors were great and extremely friendly. There were also loads of activities to doin the neighborhood that were only a short drive away on the golf cart. The bay was a short walk away and there lots of places to eat right on the bay. The location of the house compared to the rest of Sandestin and destin was also amazing. The drive to everything was very short and there was a lot to do. The fmdrive to the beaches was also short and easy, and the beaches were gorgeous!!

Everything about our stay was amazing! From the newly renovated kitchen and a new golf cart that is fun to drive, to reclining on the leather sofas to watch sporting events or relaxing on the beach watching a beautiful sunset! The residence is well taken care of, as well as decorated and set up to make you feel like you are on vacation no matter where you are on the property. Greg and Tamera have done an amazing job, and they are great people to work with.

We had a wonderful time at Margarita Villa in Sandestin. The house was beautifully decorated and well kept. Open floor plan was great and made us feel right at home. There are gorgeous views out of the backyard that overlooks the golf course and bay. The golf cart was fantastic- in excellent condition. We parked our car for the week and commuted to Publix, all the restaurants, shops, Jolee Island, and beach each day on the golf cart. The owner was easy to work with and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this home and Sandestin for Thanksgiving with family. The open floor plan and comfy sofas for watching football were a plus. Having access to the golf cart to ride over to the beach and to the tennis courts was very handy too. The neighbors were very strict about parking on the street, and as we had two cars, we did have to park one around the block which wasn't bad because we had good weather. We would definitely rent this home again and the host was very helpful.

Right from the start Greg was great at communication. The house has a great layout for our family of 5 to have room to gather and room to spread out. The backyard furniture is so comfy and peaceful out there. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to load up for the beach, cruise around or go out for dinner or ice cream. That was a great way to get around! The house itself is so well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a great master suite. Destin tourist attractions aren’t far of a car ride away but we enjoyed the peaceful area of Sandestin to stay. Thanks to Greg and Tamara for opening your home for a wonderful family retreat.

This exceeded Our expectations ! We had 5 in Our party, including 2 fourteen year old boys. The Villa was spacious and comfortable, and had everything We needed, even for a night of cooking a big meal ! The Boys put the grill to good use and Our steaks melted in Our mouths ! The doors to the bathroom, in the master bedroom, opened up to a unique glassed in shower. This was such a spacious Villa ! We made great memories there !

This house exceded our expectations. It had much more room than we expected and is wonderfully decorated. You can park your car when you arrive and not need it for the rest of the week. Anything you could want is a short golf cart ride away. Thank you again to the Martin's for sharing there slice of paradise with us.

My wife and I rented for a week and our kids (all 21+) were come and go for the week. This place was very welcoming and as advertised. Looking over the backyard across The Links to Choctawhatchee is very relaxing. The golf cart was great and access to the pool and other resort locations was convenient. Having a great washer and dryer was a plus for us (it?s the little things). We really enjoyed and will put this on our list of preferred rentals.

Margarita Villa was beyond our expectations. This is the cuest place we’ve ever stayed. We are so in LOVE! The size is just perfect. The decor is unbelievable! If I could have dreamt the perfect place this is it. The beds are comfortable, the location is perfect, The golf cart is a huge bonus, the neighbors are great, we had everything we could ever need and never ran out. The Martins are down to Earth, caring, accommodating, honest, Amazing people. We feel so blessed to have found the Martins and 426 Linkside. We plan to make vacationing here a yearly tradition.

Welcome to Margarita Villa, a 3 bedroom & 3 bath home located in the Villages of Linkside in the wonderful community of Sandestin. Marg Villa is a freshly updated 1700 square foot home sitting on the Links Golf Club with amazing views of Choctawhatchee Bay. We have taken great care in providing our guests with many amenities and luxuries that should be expected in a luxury beach home!
The open floor plan is definetly an eye catcher! The two large living areas and two separate dining areas are perfect for multiple families to gather and entertain. The three bedrooms, bunk beds and futon provide ample sleeping arrangements for 8 people. Prefer the outside? Our patio features a pergola, new large sectional sofa, dining table and new gas grill. Enjoy the bay views, watch the ducks & squirrels playing or soak in the cool breeze from the bay. Our patio is glorious!!
The master bedroom & en suite are a vacationer's dream. Large bedroom with 55 inch TV and new king size Serta Sleeper mattress await our guests. The en suite featues a large walk in shower with rainfall shower head which provides a spa-like showering experience. Little extras include a lighted vanity mirror, a magnified/lighted makeup mirror and bluetooth speaker in the bath.
Other items which we hope will make your stay EXTRA special include dual Keurig coffee maker, Instapot, Ninja blender, fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers, iron & board, 42 inch TVs in bedrooms, new leather sofas & 75 inch 5g Smart TCL television in living area, 6 seat golf cart and a fun beach decor!
THE BEACH!! The beautiful Emeral Coast beach and sea are only a 5 minute golf cart ride from the house. Sandestin is a private beach with chair set ups, activities and snacks/drinks available. Our house however meets most of your beach needs as we provide 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys and even beach towels!
How about location? No need to wait for an elevator, deal with noisy condo neighbors or search for parking spots. Our home sits on a quiet cul de sac within the secure, gated community of Sandestin (the security guards take their job serious). House has two parking spots right in front of house (additional spots are available within the neighborhood).
Don't worry about that crazy Destin traffic because you won't need to leave Sandestin! Restaurants, shopping, entertainment and, most importantly, the BEACH, are all within a couple minutes of Margarita Villa. Included in your stay is a 6 seat golf cart that will take you to the beach, Baytown Wharf and Grand Boulevard in a couple minutes. It's also fun to take the golf cart on a leisurely drive to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Sandestin.
But if you aren't here to relax, Sandestin has it all! Multiple golf courses, a nationally reknown tennis facility, boating, kayaking and fishing are available on the property. Cast a line in one of the small lakes around the house or charter a boat at the marina and go out for some redfish or amberjack! The marina has many fishing and boating options.
Besides the beach, the other important activities of any vacation...eating and shopping! Sandestin has both! From the quaint shops of Baytown Wharf to the upscale stores at Grand Boulevard, shopping is a must in Sandestin. There is a Publix grocery store in Grand Boulevard. For the serious shopper, Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores is only a 5 minute car drive down 98.
EATING! The options are plentiful both within the Sandestin property or a short car ride. Grand Boulevard offers such reknown restaurants as Emeril's, Tommy Bahamas, PF Changs, Flemings Steaks and Grimaldi's Pizza. Also within a golf cart ride within the resort are Segar's Fine Steaks, Pizza By The Sea, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Marlin Grill, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Slick Lips Seafood, Rum Runners Cafe & Bar, Roberto's Pizza and The Beach House which is beach side and our favorite.
