Payment: 30% due upon booking. Rem. balance due 45 days before arrival. If booking within 45 days of arrival, full amount is due.
Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Overall very good, Gibson Realty was spot on in responding to issues. Unit was above average, furniture needs updating but was adequate. Location though no ocean view was a 5 minute walk to beach, pool & hot tub both nice. Near many restaurants & shops. Heavy traffic into Destin & road construction was aggravating but when completed should improve.

I didn't know what to expect when I first arrived. The unit was superb with an up-to-date kitchen. It was on the second floor, so the view wasn't so great, but the price was right. I would rent it again if it was higher up.

"Reel Paradise” is a nicely updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor of the Summit building located in the Tops’l Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. Summit 205 is roughly only .2 miles away from the beach - a super easy walk in a private resort with no major roads to cross.
Relax in the cool and calming coastal colors of this freshly renovated space. The fully equipped kitchen includes beautiful, spacious granite countertops & cabinetry space as well as new stainless-steel microwave, stove/oven and fridge. There is also a Keurig, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. The spacious seating area in the living room is the perfect spot to relax while watching a movie on the large flat screen TV. The living room sofa is also a sleeper with an upgraded mattress! From the living room, you can access your private patio that offers you comfortable seating overlooking the Topsail Hill State Preserve.
The master bedroom is complete with a new king-size bed, flat screen TV, direct balcony access & has its own updated private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides two twin-size beds, perfect for friends or family and has direct access to the guest bathroom where you'll find another single vanity and an updated shower/tub combo. The owners also provides a pack & play for the little ones. Great experiences are right around the corner from The Summit 205!
