Payment: 30% due upon booking. Rem. balance due 45 days before arrival. If booking within 45 days of arrival, full amount is due.
Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Everything was perfect. Was able to get in to our unit early everything was very clean and well laid out, and the arrival mini cooler and coupon books where a plus! Was able to use the free activities pass for both fishing and horseback riding! I caught over 25 fish on the princess. That crew did an amazing job and I highly recommended it.

GREAT location. We’ve stayed in this building before but not this specific condo. We had an amazing view even just one the second floor overlooking the pool and the ocean. And it was so convenient especially having an almost 1 year old to be able to go back and forth to the room from the pool/beach for naps, etc. condo was very clean/presentable.

Love the location--close to shopping. The Tides building is nearest the pool and beach. The room is well appointed with the necessities --and it's lovely. The umbrella/chairs rental were extremely convenient. I would love to stay in his unit on our next visit.

From the entrance hall, you can see straight through the condo to your private, 2nd floor balcony and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The balcony holds comfortable patio furniture, making it the perfect space to enjoy meals or just spend time with family. The living room is exceptionally decorated, has a wall-mounted HDTV, and Chromecast abilities allowing you to stream Netflix & YouTube from your computer or smart device. The kitchen has been updated with tile floors and new appliances while the breakfast bar is the perfect place to grab a quick bite on the way to a fabulous sun-filled day! You will also find a washer/dryer for the ultimate convenience. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and its own entrance to the private balcony. Your master bathroom boasts a separate toilet area, additional close space, a double vanity, a tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen and a full size bed; there is an additional remodeled bathroom as well.
