This is our second stay in this unit. We love the beach and the location. Everything was so easy.

We loved staying at this property. The location is perfect, steps from the beach and a short walk to the State Park. It is a long walk to the main part of the island but do-able. The drive to the restaurants actually took longer than we thought but wasn't a crazy amount. The bike trail runs right by the property so it is very convenient to go exploring. There are some stairs to get in and out of the unit but not too bad. The unit was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The owners are very nice, responsive, and helpful. We didn't use the pools but they looked great and clean. I'd recommend it for sure and will try to book this one again when we come back to beautiful St George Island.

Loved this townhome, nice and clean! Everything was as described. No complaints at all. The pool is great also! Easy access to the beach. Love being on the East End of the island! Quiet and Peaceful. Very welcoming atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay at 300 ocean mile property. Community is very friendly and welcoming. Perfect for small family. Perfect with pool and beach. Can not think of anything I would change. Beautifully decorated. We had an amazing time and love SGI. We will be back for sure!

1bedroom/1 bath townhome. 300 Ocean Mile Unit J-6 Sleeps 4
The kitchen and open living area offers comfortable seating with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook those gourmet meals. You do have to bring your own food and condiments or buy them at the grocery store
on the island. The kitchen has granite counter tops, and a Keurig Coffee maker. The dining table seats 4. There is a laundry closet with a small washer and dryer located just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and private balcony with gulf and bay views. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a large walk in tile shower with glass doors and tile floors. New LVP flooring throughout the home.
This townhome is perfect for a couple or a small family. As guest of the Ocean Mile community, you will have access to two community swimming pools, park style charcoal grills, community beach boardwalks and close proximity to the island bike bath and State Park.
