Welcome to Ocean Mile J-7!
This charmingly rustic 1BR/1BA townhome, Ocean Mile # J-7 is your beach home away from home, decorated in natural woods and turquoise hues. As a pet-friendly property, up to 2 well-behaved medium size dogs are welcome (additional pet fee and advance approval required).
Just left of the main entrance, the master bedroom offers a King sized bed with access onto a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Apalachicola Bay. The master bedroom also provides privacy from the main living room and a flat panel TV for your convenience. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination and linen closet is located just outside of the bedroom.
Downstairs you will find the main living area. The equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your fresh catch and offers a dedicated food storage panty. A dining table and additional bar stool seating offer plenty of room for a casual meal or can double as a workspace. A convenient washer/dryer is also available for your use.
A Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping room for up to 2 additional guests when needed, with plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. A large, flat panel TV and DVD player will keep you entertained on any rainy days or break out a boardgame or beach read! A cozy electric fireplace adds to the rustic charm of the townhome. The poolside deck with high top table offers views of the community pool and the Gulf of Mexico waters.
A short 60 second walk will get your toes in the sand by way of the convenient community boardwalk. Additional community amenities include a grilling area with 4 park-style BBQ grills and two community pools with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas.
The paved bike path is easily accessible from the 300 Ocean Mile townhome community and will lead you to the Island center where you can enjoy local gift shops and restaurants OR to the nearby State Park -- definitely a must see! Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available underneath the townhome and an initial set of stairs will take you to the front entrance of J-7.
