We made a whole week of memories with SEAVIEW as no our home away from home. The adults and kiddos were all happy. We had all the amenities of home and a bonus pool! We played hard and slept good. Thanks to The Crenshaws for a great place to stay on SGI. AND THE WET PART? we entered the 4th parade and we laughed and screamed the whole parade route. Hope to see you next year.
Yes Seaview is a place to make family memories! and the July 4th water gun parade is just indescribable!

Our family of 5 just got back from a relaxing, fun vacation at SeaView. This was our second stay and plan to come back next year. The home is perfect for our family. The home has everything you need. We enjoy the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is an easy walk. The views of the ocean are amazing from the home and the porches. Close to center of the island , it’s a great location. Communication with the owner is great, they are quick to respond. You will enjoy your stay at SeaView.

Our family (6 adults, 2 children, 1 infant). just returned from a week’s stay at Seaview. This is our 3rd stay and we always enjoy the awesome space, outdoor area and the convenience to the little shopping area. David is always responsive to questions and quick to help with anything that might come up. You wont be disappointed if you book a stay at Seaview!

This is our third time at Seawview and it never disappoints The pool is nice and it is only a short walk to the beach. From the front porch, you can enjoy your morning coffee And view the ocean waves. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The restaurants in St. George are amazing and if you plan on cooking in the kitchen is stocked with everything you need

David and family, thank you for providing a special place where our family made memories that will last a lifetime. This is our second time staying at Seaview, but the first time our youngest daughter has been with us. As a man that doesn’t really care for the beach experience, the sight of seeing her face, our other children’s faces and Heathers face the entire week was worth everything to me. The view is breathtaking and your amenities are truly top notch. The only thing that would prevent us from coming back is the size of our ever growing family!!! Thank you and GOD Bless!!!

Yes this time of year is great for the hot tub and the pool is heated at no costs to you for the months of Mar, Apr, & May, and Sept, Oct, & Nov. In addition to no pool heat fee, I still do not charge a cleaning fee or booking fee. I just think folks do not want to be "fee'd to death"!

Our love for SGI includes this house. It is perfect for 8 of us. We tend to “eat in” when staying and everything we needed to grill, roast and bake was at our fingertips. Having the beach towels available is a bonus so that we have 8 less things to pack. There was plenty of room at the kitchen table for all of us to eat and play 5 crowns every night. We love the pool and played many games of beachball volleyball. We enjoyed our morning coffee with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The location was great for access to the beach, island center and sunsets on the bay. There was plenty of room to park cars and golf carts. We appreciated the communication from David prior to arrival and then making sure all was good once we arrived. Our stay was definitely 5 ??.

Sea view was the perfect home for our family stay. Upon arrival the home was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in some nights. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy one another’s company. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The home was walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed views of the ocean from the outdoor porches and the hammock. Communication with owner was easy and very professional. We definitely plan on booking another stay.

This is the reason that I discontinued VRBO..they no longer allow you and I to communicate so that you get all of your questions and concerns handled.

Our family really had a great time at Seaview and SGI. Everything was clean up-to-date and provided as advertised. We enjoyed the covered porches and the hammock up top. The pool was very much enjoyed and it was a short walk to the beach. Very nice state park just down the road and it was a beautiful place for family pictures at sunset. We were close enough to the town center we could walk and bike to the shops and restaurants. We are already getting plans for a return trip to SGI and Seaview.
Lee and family...thanks for your comments. We do have a new cleaner so I am glad to hear again that she is doing a great job! We are pretty close to the shops and restaurants..about a mile walk on the 10 mile long walking/bike path. Hope you are able to return to Seaview again.

Our family just returned from a week at Seaview. What a lovely home at a great price! More than enough space for 3 couples. Loved the covered decks and pool/fire pit area. David was quick with all communication and reminders. Really appreciated all the extras David provides. Much nicer than our previous SGI rentals.
Robin and extended family...yes I do try to provide a good value and make it simple with no additional add on fees. And for me, the key to a guests stay is being in communication with them if and when it is necessary.

My wife and I stayed at Seaview in April 2023. This was our 2nd visit to Seaview and the house is well maintained and stocked. Mr. Crenshaw maintains good communication and is very prompt and attentive. SGI/Seaview/Mr. Crenshaw: a winning combination!

Seaview has a new heat pump pool heater and several weeks of use so far has proven that it really works well. And of course the best part is Seaview does NOT charge for the pool heat...not $350 or $275...nothing! And no other fees either...no cleaning or booking fees.

This is our 2nd time at Seaview and it did not disappoint! It has been almost 10 years since our last visit and we wondered why we waited so long! The proximity to the peaceful, uncrowded beach is great! Although we had to endure Hurricane/Tropical Storm Nicole (1 day of wind and rain) we had a terrific stay!. We found lots to do and places to eat on the island and in Apalachicola and Eastpoint. Thanks again for letting us use your home!!!

We have been going to SGI for 11 years now. We have stayed in 6 different houses on the island and this one is by far our favorite!! This was our second time staying at Seaview and everyone in our family agreed that this house has it all. I love that David and Suzy have very detailed notes for everything, especially the TVs...the older we get, the more complicated those become. David is very good at communicating before hand and making sure everything is prepared for your stay. He even checked in while we were there just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Wonderful house....wonderful location....wonderful people. We will definitely be staying again!

Seaview was well stocked and in a fantastic location. The owner responded to every question I had in an extremely timely manner. Communication was amazing. We love Seaview & have stayed there multiple times. The home is always well kept, fully stocked and the owners are available for any issues that might arise! Seaview is close to everything you need on the island while being in a quite area of St. George. We will stay here again!

* Seaview is a clean 4 BR, 3-1/2 bath home with 2K masters, 1 Q, & 2 XL twins + a pak n play for your infant. Occupancy is 8 adults/children + an infant or two.
* Seaview costs are simply the rent + 10.5% sales/lodging taxes. We do not fee you to death! No cleaning fee!, No booking fee!
* Located next to the bike path and 1 mile from the lighthouse. A short 150 steps to the white sands of the Gulf!
* Expanded, privated heated pool with fire pit (roast marshmellows) , outdoor H/C shower, hot tub, picnic table and lots of lounge chairs.
* POOL is heated FREE OF CHARGE in Mar, Apr, & May and Sept, Oct, & Nov. Other weeks can be heated based on the weather at $100/wk.
* Ready for the beach We supply beach towles, beach chairs, unbrellas, a cooler, & sand toys, (Saves you $380 for family of 6)
* Seaview now offers an early check in at 3pm. Gives you a little more time in paradise! (earlier check in is sometimes possible).
St George Island is a rural island community with no highrises! A National Travel Magazine has ranked St George Island as one of the " Best Islands in the US." The beach is not crowded...you may see only 20 peoiple for 1/2 mile in either direction. There are about 7 resturants on the island. Apalachicola is 11 miles from Seaview and is a National Trust "Distinctive Historic Community" with cute shops and about 25 more restaurants.
* if you want to stay in, you can partake of some of games or lots of books to read. Or go to the 4th flloor hammock for a snooze!
* The bike path is in front of Seaview and is a paved 10 mile long path for bikes & walkers and is fairly flat!
* Behind Seaview (1-1/2 blocks) is an estuary whene you can explore nature, see wildlife (inc eagles), and walk into the sandy bayside beach.
* Fishing If you want to fish you have come to the right place! 2 half mile long free fishing piers, bait shops, and fishing in the surf.
* Parking at Seaview...we can accomodate 3-4 cars or 3 + boat with 11" ceiling.
