The screened porch was awesome our favorite place to relax after a day at the beach. The short walk to the beach was perfect, would love to visit again!

Great location, great communication with the property owners - what more could you ask for? We loved the quiet area away from the traffic and crowded beaches we’re used to. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves during our stay!
We rented a golf cart and used that to run to the Dollar General and gas station for anything we needed. We took it down to the restaurant down the road, Shipwreck, as well. It was nice to let our older kids (over 16) use it too. They ran around constantly :)
The house is great! Plenty of room for the family, and my in-laws could have their privacy downstairs. The kitchen has literally anything you need to cook. The fridge has an ice maker as well.
We spent a day in Apalachicola. It’s a short drive from the property and definitely worth checking out. Great food and several places to shop. Not crowded at all with very little traffic.
We had a great time making memories with our family!

The mother in law suite downstairs was very nice and new. It has a full kitchen and refrigerator. It was also nice to have an outside shower.

He house and set up was perfect for our family! The parents had the downstairs in law suite and my husband and I, with the kids, took the main floor.

This rental house has a 3-bedroom, 2 full bath upstairs area and a completely separate 1-bedroom apartment downstairs. The upstairs has it's own screened in porch area. The downstairs apartment has it's own full kitchen, bedroom, living area, breakfast table and backyard patio. Imagine bringing grandparents or a couple that needs ground floor access and/or their own private quarters. This vacation house has the diversity you are looking for!
You must be 25 to rent this property and no house parties are allowed.
December 31, 2022 to March 10, 2023 discounts - 2 weeks-20%, 3 weeks-30%, 4 weeks or more-50%. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. The per pet fee is $75. Please do not book without prior approval for the pet. No more than two pets are considered. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included.
