Nice, we enjoyed
Connie
My husband and I stayed there for a week in Sept of 23. The house is amazing, the view is breathtaking, the pool is awesome, nothing bad to say about this vacation. My favorite part was watching the dolphin swim by mornings and night. The Island is friendly and has good food. We will be renting this home again in 2024 and for years to come. The host family are responsive and the place is exactly as advertised. We rented a golf cart for the week and rarely drove anywhere. 2 Thumbs Up!

Great house! Beach front with a great pool. Loved our stay and we will be coming back again soon!

My husband and I spent about a month at the cottage (mid-January to Mid-February). It was a very nice house with an amazing view. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs at the end of walkway to the beach as much as anything else. The house was new and very clean; The layout very workable; the kitchen was large with plenty of storage space for food (which a lot of houses do not have). The open plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room was open so sunlight could lighten the living area. While we were there, the wind made enjoying the front porch a sporadic event - which is outfitted great with chairs, tables, a swing and a picnic table. The walk to the beach is very short and the walkway makes it easy. We took long walks on the beach, and went cycling as weather permitted. It has a outside grill, but the wind confined our cooking inside. The kitchen is well equipped with just enough pots, pans, utensils for the occupancy. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms big enough. We bought both warm and cool clothes because of the season so the closets were a bit small for us, but for a week during season they certainly would be big enough. The house has wonderful views of the sun and moonrise - at least during the time of our visit. I got some great pictures. The area was quiet, but within walking cycling distance of the restaurants and stores on the main street. We made the cycle down to the State Park a couple of times. We also spent a lot of time exploring Apalachicola, Indian Pass, and Port St. Joe's - all worth the visits. The seafood is amazing everywhere, but I would suggest Indian Pass Raw Bar for Baked Oysters. All in all, the house served us well, and we enjoyed the house and St. George as a respite from the north during the cold season.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. Being right on the beach is amazing, and it is so nice to watch the waves from the porch as you drink your morning coffee (or really anytime)! We loved every minute. It is also a short bike ride or golf cart ride to town making ice cream, donut, or grocery runs easy! We had a wonderful time. A couple of things for the owners - We had a wonderful week!
