Beach is just steps away, amazing sunrises, pool is bigger than it seems in the pictures, living space is bigger and more open than expected from the pictures. Easy walk to the lighthouse park for the kids, coffee for adults, and to several restaurants. We are definitely hoping to come back!

First time to St George Island and what a gorgeous place. The Gull is plenty spacious & the perfect location. The close proximity to the beach plus having a pool made this my favorite beach vacation. We want to come back! Thank you for letting us have a little piece of paradise for a week.

The house is just as described....except you can't really appreciate how close it is to the water from the photos. We spent most of our time on the porch and in the pool. Really very relaxing. Owners were a pleasure to work with. Overall, a very good rental.

Just spent a fabulous week at the Gull Cottage !! Could not ask for anything more, place was well stocked and we did not want for anything.Next time, no need for beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats or anything else. Great place to stay, would recommend to all !!!!! Thank you goes out to the owners and we had yet another surprise, a turtle nest right in front of the house.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Prior renters do leave chairs and umbrella’s but they are not always guaranteed to be there. You can rent everything you need on the island at several different stores. The turtles are very active this year and we always love to see the nest.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love this house, the location is wonderful because it is close enough to run to the store or out to dinner but also far enough away from it all that your slice of heaven/beach is not crowded at all. We will definitely be coming back to this house year after year.
