Fully equipped kitchen, condiments not included.  open porch from living area, screen porch from master suite, jacuzzi bath and much, much, more.  Conveniently located within walking distance to all shops, restaurants, bike trail, lighthouse, basketball court, playground and grocery store. This home has a maximum occupancy of six, please do not email inquiries that exceed the maximum occupancy! Community pool that is heated in March, April, May, September, October. The Pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. Sorry No Smoking, No Pets! Smart TVs are Provided. Internet is provided at the highest speed the company offers. Cable TV is no longer provided. You must have you own streaming account.

We had a wonderful stay. The adults slept in the 2 first-floor bedrooms, and the young adults slept in the upstairs bedroom. Since we were there during the Arctic blast, we weren’t on the beach much, but it was wonderful to look at from the warmth of the house!

We loved our stay. Literally a few steps down our own private boardwalk to the beach made it so convenient. Beds are comfortable and the close proximity to the restaurants and shops on the island meant we could walk or bike everywhere. All in all, this was one of our best vacation spots ever.
