Welcome to Abiding Place!
This conveniently located BEACHFRONT property has all of the modern conveniences you will find at home including but not limited to multiple TVs, DVD players, WIFI, stereo, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all basic appliances (brand new range and dishwasher in December 2020), tile floors throughout, large covered beachfront porches, an outdoor shower and park-style charcoal grill. Fresh interior paint December 2021.
The Gulf front Master bedroom with King sized bed has a private bathroom with jetted tub and beachfront deck. The guest bedroom with Queen bed and private bathroom is just down the hall from the Master and a second Queen bed can be found in the loft bedroom overlooking the living area. Additional sleeping accommodations include TWO Queen size sleeper sofas (newly replaced sleeper sofa in December 2020).
Abiding Place is located within the 'Gulf Beaches' area of St. George Island. This area extends 2 mile East and 2 miles West of the center of the Island. Local businesses, which include rental and gift shops, restaurants, pubs and more, are all located in the center of the Island. Our home is just a short stroll to these locations and the historic St. George Light, Lighthouse Keeper's Museum and Lighthouse Park.
This home is a non-smoking and dog friendly environment (we allow up to 2 dogs only, under 45lbs with advance approval and for an additional fee). Beach towels available!
Our home requires a Sunday turn day in Spring Break and Summer seasons; for all other seasons please inquire.
