Welcome to Pelican’s Perch, a poolside two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome located in Palm Bay Village on North Padre Island. Enter this open-concept modern oasis and walk through the double doors to enjoy the covered patio and view of the pool! Entertain your family and friends downstairs in the large living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Bedrooms are located on the second floor, including a primary and an en suite bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower. All rooms have flat-screen televisions. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with an oven, a coffee and wine bar, and a dining area that seats eight.
Palm Bay Village is known for its lagoon-style pool with lavish landscaping and children’s pool with a splash area. The pool is heated from Nov 1-April 1 each year (84 degrees). The community clubhouse has a kitchenette and gathering area that may be reserved for birthday parties or events.
Interior Townhome Features: a poolside location with a full view of the common area pool, a full kitchen with a coffee/wine bar, dining for up to 10 guests, three flat-screen Smart TV’s with cable and streaming, private WiFi, an in-unit washer/dryer, an electronic coded lock on the front and garage door, a two-car garage with remote, a large walk-in shower in the primary bathroom, and a bathtub in the secondary bathroom.
Palm Bay Village Features: a lagoon-style heated swimming pool with waterfall, rocks, and kid’s splash area, a well-furnished poolside area for lounging, outdoor gas grills, and ample parking with trailers accepted in designated areas.
