The ground floor enjoys an enclosed patio with plenty of inviting seating, maturing fruit trees including banana, orange, lemon and grapevines, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a full-size fridge for additional storage space. As you climb up the stairs, you will discover a spacious open floor plan that is ideal for group gatherings with two living spaces and multiple outdoor spaces to congregate. Wind down in the inviting main living room and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming services to keep you entertained. The modern, open kitchen is a chef's paradise with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up tasty treats and memorable homemade meals for the crew. The second living area is located on the upper loft, offering a great spot to unwind, read books, and rest. There are two bedrooms on each level.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
