The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. The fourth bedroom has a custom built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed and balcony access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
