The home boasts a private pool, a rare feature in Palmilla, along with a private gas fire pit, a wrap-around second-floor patio with more built-in Sonos speakers, and winding stairs that lead to an outdoor crow's nest, big enough for 10 people to hang out, catch up, and enjoy a view of the ocean.
