In the evenings, host a movie night on the 55-inch TV. The large and open kitchen makes it easy for the chef to cook and chat with your group. Dish up meals at a wooden dining table. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

THINGS TO KNOW
Take advantage of low monthly winter rates. This home is on the beach. There will be sand in the driveway and around the home. While not required, we recommend 4 wheel drive.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
