If you're feeling hungry, check out the large full kitchen, equipped with appliances so you can cook up something delicious for the whole family. The gas grill invites you to add charred favorites to the menu, that can be enjoyed at the picnic table nearby. Jump in the on-site pool for a quick and refreshing swim, then challenge your friends to a couple of games out on the tennis courts. With access to a free community pool and new construction, as well as a dog park and plenty of space in your fenced yard. You'll have a 12'' tall parking with cover for your vehicles/boat, and a splendid view of the bay and its soothing waters from the porch.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
