Inside, this one-story condo features an open floor plan. The kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large peninsula featuring counter seating, is perfect for family meals. Plus, there’s a full-size washer and dryer. Relax and catch a game in the living area on a 72-inch smart TV. Cable and wi-fi are provided for streaming options. The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The secondary bathroom has an easy access walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV.

Parking is a breeze with one designated space directly in front of the condo. As part of the community amenities, you’ll have access to a swimming pool with water views, palapa for outdoor gatherings, a fish cleaning station, and boat docks available on a first-come basis. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
