Explore the Gulf of Mexico by participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, surfing, deep-sea fishing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. You'll have two-and-a-half secluded acres to spread out, take in the beautiful sunset, or observe native wildlife.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Enjoy the rustic yet modern stylings of this quaint cottage, filled with everything you need to have a memorable vacation. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, holding a great conversation, or watching movies on the TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the kitchen, equipped with a formal dining table and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Dine alfresco or take your brunch out to the patio where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pond and watch the ducks and seagulls. With four beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and share stories until the stars come out to dot the sky.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
