Located within the gated The Reserve at St. Charles Bay community, this stylish, beautifully decorated home features hardwood floors, chic furnishings, and tranquil water views throughout. An open layout means the chef can make magic in the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, while the rest of the group lounges in the living room nearby. A large dining table has the whole family covered at mealtime. Eclectic rattan barstools provide even more seating at the kitchen island.

At the end of the day, settle into the living room to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or grab a book and opt for a quiet evening on the sofa upstairs. If you’ve got any remote work on your plate, the desk in the main bedroom suite makes catching up easy. Four comfortable bedrooms await when you're ready to call it a night, but don't go to bed without toasting your good luck at booking such a gorgeous getaway.

When it’s time to wander, meander along the mile-long boardwalk for views of the lagoon and Goose Island State Park, or visit the private park and recline in one of the numerous hammocks under the shade of giant palms. Bring or rent a boat and venture out for a day on the water, and take advantage of the fish-cleaning station to prepare your catch for the evening’s dinner. Head into Rockport for days on the beach and to sample the local culture and cuisine. Fulton Mansion State Historic Site and Rockport Beach Park are both less than 12 miles from the home.

THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
The private pool is unheated.
A queen futon provides extra sleeping space.


**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
