Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior, tile flooring, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home with a TV to watch movies in your downtime. Prepare meals and beach picnic snacks in the kitchen, which boasts a refrigerator, a stovetop oven range, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening wine on the private balcony overlooking lush greenery.

There is no dishwasher on-site.
Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. During Spring Break/Holy Week, wristbands are $40 each to be paid at the office IN CASH when submitting your information upon arrival for your parking permits. There is an ATM down the street from the condos.

**There is a $60 replacement fee for bracelets and parking passes not left in the unit. **

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
