This coastal condo offers a cozy feel and plenty of space. Cook like you are at home in the full kitchen that offers all the modern appliances you may need, kick back in the onsite shared pool or hot tub, or relax in the living area with the family after a long day at the beach. You are guaranteed to have an enjoyable stay vacationing with family in this open layout condo. This home also features free WiFi to keep everyone plugged in during their stay.

This condo is just a two-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy the plenty of activities and nightlife South Padre Island has to offer! Spend the day at Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Beach Resort with your friends and family, just 11 minutes from all the fun. Dine out with a large variety of restaurants, or look around the many shops on the island.

THINGS TO KNOW
Wristband fee is required from March 1 through March 31 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us immediately so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. This may also affect television streaming services.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the number of beds available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
