THINGS TO KNOW
Wristband fee required from March 1, 2023 thru March 31, 2023 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.
This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with no neighbors above. Elevators are not available.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
