If fishing is your thing, this condo offers on-site boat slips to make it easy to get out on the water. Explore the Entertainment District and its restaurants and bars with plenty of options for live entertainment, then watch the fireworks over the bay.

Boasting a well-equipped, full kitchen, this condo provides an inviting place for cooking and dining. After days spent at the beaches or relaxing by the pool, sink into the matching sofas in the living area and stream your favorite channels, or head up to the furnished loft to shoot some pool or play foosball.

Additional home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
This property is in a strict HOA presence. They require guests to be 25 years of age and must inhabit a rented unit. You are NOT allowed to have guests during Spring Break or Easter Holiday (Semana Santa). From Memorial Day to Labor Day all guests are required to purchase and wear a La Solana wristband for $5.00

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
