You'll be only half a block from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico when you escape to this two-bedroom condo on South Padre Island. This is a place to spend your mornings sunbathing and collecting seashells on the sand, and your afternoons cooling off in the outdoor pool on the grounds.
This condo sits on the second floor of Las Palmas Condominiums, just half a block up East Marlin Street from the sand and surf. The surrounding blocks are full of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and bars, with the thrills and amusements of Gravity Park right across Padre Boulevard.
Inside, you'll be welcomed back from a day at the beach by central air conditioning, a washer/dryer for your swimsuits and beach towels, and a comfortable, casual living space. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open to each other, with a glass door leading outside to the balcony. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms for your evening entertainment, as well as a full bathroom paired with each bedroom.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
