We do rely upon Spectrum Cable/Internet for the high speed wifi. Sometimes there service goes out on the Island, FYI.

Up to 2 dogs or birds are allowed. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or birds, no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up on furniture. Pets found on property without prior notice to us as host will be evicted without refund.

If you are NOT 25 years of age you must contact us prior to booking for us to authorize the reservation as you will be subjected to additional damage deposit and/or damage coverage protection, plan fees, as well as additional stipulations, IF WE ACCEPT RESERVATION AT ALL.

We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify.
