We just spent the most relaxing week at this lovely condo. We had a girls week and this place was perfect. The kitchen is nicely appointed, we had everything we needed to make breakfast everyday. The balcony was our favorite gathering spot for morning coffee and sunrises and then again for evening cocktails. Having 3 bathrooms made it very workable for 6 people. The best part is there is a spectacular view from every room. The owners Mary and Steve were very accommodating. It was also very nice having the bar and restaurant on site too. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view overlooking the beach and pool area. Had a wonderful vacation with my family here. Mary was very responsive and helpful with the rental. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is amazing, beautifully decorated. The view is outstanding, looking at the beach from the condo, you can almost see the dolphins swimming. Access to the beach is easy. There is a cross walk to the beach. Mary was wonderful to work with, best owner we have ever rented from. She was very accommodating. We didn't want to leave. Best vacation ever. Would highly recommend this condo.

We have stayed here for about 8 years and come back several times a year! The views are amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The condo is clean, up to date, and the owners are spectacular! They are so helpful if there is a problem that arises.

GREAT RESTAURANT IN THE BUILDING! Don't feel like cooking or going out...no problem. Just drop into the Royal Palm Grille for a family-style meal that won't bust your budget. During peak season, there's also a pool cabana and a bar on the beach for drinks and light meals. Voted one of the best restaurants in the area!
CONDO LAYOUT: The unique design offers our THREE BEDROOM vacation home with three baths. The layout has a large living room/dining room combination offering unparalleled views. Tile floors throughout and kitchen is updated with granite counters.
AMENITIES: The unit provides all the amenities of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, four TVs, sound bar and high speed internet. The spacious master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and large bathroom with tub. The guest bedroom offers two full-sized beds with guest bath located directly across the hall.
The third bedroom offers two full-sized beds, a private bath, TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It has its own private deck on the front of the building providing a gorgeous, private view of the gulf.
