​I am a Mortgage Loan Officer, licensed in TN, GA, FL, NC, SC, MS, AL and can lend on Investment properties, primary, and second homes - which is how we ended up with 6 amazing properties in the Smoky Mountains! After helping so many other clients purchase cabins and seeing how much fun they were having, we knew we had to get one ourselves and we are LOVING it! My husband Osvaldo is an Electronic Engineer - not quite as fun but sure comes in handy lol! My husband and I are originally from Texas and moved several times for my previous career. We have lived in California, Southwest Colorado, New Hampshire, and now here in Tennessee! Out of all the places we have lived Tennessee and Colorado are our favorites - there is just something magical about the mountains :) Life is tough - Live A Little!
