Hello & welcome to our dream come true!  We are Greg & Tamara Martin and Margarita Villa has been our vision for 15 years!  A home where our family can relax and enjoy the life that only Sandestin can offer but we can also share the "Good life" with friends and guests!  Luxury, convenience and beach life are the goal!  

We are proud residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky!  We are all about bourbon, horses & basketball! We have two grown children, one adorable grandson and a very spoiled black labrador retreiver!
