Meet & Contact Lou Luba

As a retired military officer, my wife and I were looking for our forever place to retire.  Growing up in Western New York and Connecticut, we decided I had enought of the snow and cold.  We wanted to be close to a military base, close to the beach, and close to the action, just not right next to it.  We viewed many different places throughout Florida and the east coast, trying to find the place that "fit."  On a whim, we came down to Perdido Key just to check it out, and found "our place."  We love everything about the Pensacola & Perdido Key area - all the activities of downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach & Gulf Shores, but still a very short and leisurely walk to the quiet secluded beach we love, with AIRSTA Pensacola right there.  The best thing is to sit on our back balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the Blue Angels practice a short distance away.  We welcome you to enjoy our home, with a disclaimer - be careful, once you experience the relaxed and casual lifestyle, you won't want to leave!
