Meet & Contact Sean and Emilie Aplin

Our introduction to Emerald Shores was in 2007 through a friend who was a year-round resident. We quickly fell in love with the neighborhood! The family atmosphere, colorful houses, beautiful grounds, pools, and private beach made it feel like we were stepping into another world, albeit one that was conveniently located near numerous dining and shopping options. Even though we lived locally at the time, visiting our friend felt like going on vacation. From the start, we daydreamed about one day owning a home in Emerald Shores. Fast forward several years; our friend moved away, and we were able to purchase her home. Our Emerald Shores daydream had become a reality! We've put a lot of time, sweat, and tears into fixing up the home so that we can offer the Emerald Shores experience to others. Our hope is that they will also fall in love with the area and return to stay at our home year after year.
