Meet & Contact Jenny Richie

After living in South Florida for 28 years and then moving back to Alabama, we still missed the 'toes in the sand'. We live close to the Gulf Coast and looked at our old stomping ground, Panama City. Boy, had it changed, grown up with miles and miles of high rises. Exploring, we came upon 'The Forgotten Coast' and fell in love with Cape San Blas. There is enough to do but still has that laid back, forget your troubles, kind of vacation feeling. We started vacationing here with our children and grandchildren and made many memories at the beach, boating, shelling, bonfires on the beach and just being together. That's what vacation is all about.
I try to think of the things I needed when I was renting and provide that for our guests.   As they say, it’s all in the details.
We love Barrier Dunes as it is beach side, gated and secure, beautiful landscaping with 2 pools and tennis courts as well as 3 stocked fishing ponds. It is pet friendly with pet stations all around. What more can you ask for?
Jenny Richie purchased her 2 Bedroom townhome (Funseeker) in Barrier Dunes in 2013 and is also managing a one bedroom (The Little Pelican) that was purchased in 2018.
