Meet & Contact Sharon Smith

Birmingham is our home where we have raised our family. We have been traveling  to Orange Beach for family vacations for over 30 years. Now that our daughters are grown, we continue our family traditions there with our grandchildren. We love Orange Beach and think it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We love it so much that in our retirement, we decided to buy a condo so that we could spend lots of time there with family and friends. 

We have been staying at Phoenix 8 for many, many  years. Every January, my mom would make a reservation for us in June for our entire family, including my brother and sister and their families. When my girls were small it would be something they would look forward to for the entire year. My mom planned the entire trip including the meals. She recently passed away and there is something special about keeping the tradition going. We built memories we will never forget and look forward to building many more with our grandchildren.
