Meet Sally & Steve Humber - We are Sally and Steve Humber from Hamilton, Georgia.  We live just 3 1/2 short hours from Panama City Beach, Florida and take pride in owning and renting our premier Sterling Beach condominium in the Florida Gulf Coast Panhandle located on the sandy white beaches of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. 

We strive to ensure that our property remains up to a high level of quality standards and cleanliness.  Our main goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied and enjoy your visit to the "Emerald Coast" of the Florida Panhandle.  We offer reasonable rates (rates are all inclusive - includes rent, taxes, cleaning fee and complimentary beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) from end of March through end of October) for a great property in hopes of encouraging you to schedule return visits to our condominium.  There is no need to rely on resort companies that charge large add on fees, such as “resort fees, guest fees, admin fees”, etc. to rent their vacation properties.
