Can’t say enough wonderful things about this beach house. The owners have thought of everything. Close to the beach, pools and pickle ball courts. The layout of the house and details included make this house a true gem. If you haven’t booked this house for your vacation, you’re missing out. We definitely can’t wait to stay here again.

Fall Break at These Are The Days did not disappoint! Located within the Barrier Dunes gated community, this beach house has everything and more to relax and enjoy your family and friends! We generally vacation at the Cape during July, but I think I may like October better. Things that I loved most about the house: the large decks, its large family room and kitchen -perfect for family meals or game nights, plenty of cozy sitting, an extra fridge/freezer to store all the cold items, the bedding and mattresses make for a great night’s sleep, and most importantly every room is like a private suite with their own master bath! It’s clean, beautifully decorated, and well layed-out! We rented bikes to explore the park and to ride to local restaurants and stores. It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach! And don’t forget there are two pools, along with tennis and pickle ball courts! It’s absolutely a Cape escape! I cannot wait to go back!

We had the most wonderful week at this beautiful home. It’s tastefully decorated, comfortable and roomy. We had absolutely everything we needed. The owners have thought of everything in making this the perfect beach home! We’ll definitely stay again!

Had the opportunity to take a quick girls trip to the Cape and it was exactly the reset that I needed! And this house…. YES PLEASE!! I love a new build and this home was absolutely perfect for our group. I love the downstairs configuration where the bedroom/bathroom on that level can be separated off from the main living space, essentially creating 4 suites with dedicated bathrooms… Very well thought out design! Everything was so clean and fresh. Easy, short stroll to the beach, multiple neighborhood pools, pickle ball courts, really cool ponds with fish and turtles…. Just such a great place to take it easy! I attached a photo from the deck of the sunrise coming up over the Bay… nothing like it! Some of the best sunrises and sunsets that you’ll ever see are at the Cape! Thanks for having us and I hope to be back!!

It is exciting to walk in the door to a beautiful beach house and feel right at home! Only steps away from a pool, pickleball courts and the sandy beach…it is tucked away in a perfect location! Porches with sunrise views make a great start to any day! Very cozy and comfortable seating options after a long day on The Cape allow for a great napping spot! The beds sleep great too! All the necessities are perfectly in place for cooking a meal or enjoying take out! What a peaceful place to enjoy with friends and family!

Such a cozy and beautiful beach house!! So many good things to say! Just a short walk to the beach and pool!! The rooms are so spacious and beds and so comfortable.. The kitchen is well stocked with all you will need.. The cape is my favorite vacation spot and this house is on my top of favorites! So nice and clean!! I plan to visit this sweet house again!!!

This property is absolutely beautiful .Large spacious rooms with all the amenities one would expect in a five star operation The focus on detail the owners have built into this unit for the ultimate vacation experience of their guests are second to none. We offer this opinion after 10 plus years of traveling to the Cape San Blas area and dealing with multiple accommodations. If you want elegance in your accommodations with ,, space to enjoy and entertain and a quiet retreat just a short walk to one of the nicest beaches in florida then this is the place for you.

The first thing I noticed when walking into this beautiful house, is the layout. The living room and kitchen area are open and light. There is a bedroom and bathroom on this level as well, and they are absolutely beautiful! Off of the living room/kitchen is the sliding glass door to the multi-level porch. The breeze is "just enough" and feels amazing while sitting in the captain chairs conveniently placed on the porch. The other three bedrooms each have their bathrooms and are beautifully decorated as well. It's like your own taste of heaven while already at the best place on earth, Cape San Blas! You will want to return to this house again and again!

We stayed here during our winter break! It was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and brand new. It has everything for the perfect vacation! The location is perfect and private! The amenities in the neighborhood are wonderful. The community is gated, so we never worried about our children riding bikes! It was an absolute perfect week, and we will definitely be back! BEACHES ARE GORGEOUS!!

First things first, location, location, location – this place nailed it. Right smack dab on the coast, so close to the beach you could practically feel the ocean breeze from the porch. Walking up to the sound of crashing waves was simply amazing. Now, let's talk vibes. This beach house had that laid-back, coastal charm down pat. Think comfy couches perfect for lazy afternoon naps, big windows letting in tons of natural light, and décor that screamed "I'm on vacation!" And can we talk about the deck? It was like the ultimate hangout spot. We spent hours out there, sippin' on cold drinks, watching the sunset paint the sky in shades of pink and orange. Inside, the place was super comfy and cozy. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some delicious meals. Plus, the host left us a bunch of helpful tips on where to find the best local eats and activities – major props for that! All in all, our stay at this beach house was everything we could've asked for and more. If you're looking for a chill spot to unwind, soak up some sun, and make memories that'll last a lifetime, look no further. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
