Turtle Tracks - Barrier Dunes 188, Cape San Blas, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Tracks. The area was amazing between the quiet retreats in nature and the beautiful ocean. Everybody was so friendly. We happened to be staying at the same time as the property manager and she was so kind! It felt great to know we had a friend at the Cape. We brought our one-year-old daughter with us and it was so nice to have some of the comforts of home. Just about anything we needed was provided, including a high chair and pack n play. The only thing I wish I packed was a baby gate because of the stairs. Just a heads up for anyone coming with small children. We will definitely be back.

 Turtle Tracks is very cute, clean, and provides everything you have at home! The complex is quiet and safe, easy beach access, beautiful beaches and water. Our four teen daughters loved it, we'll definitely be back!!

My family and I stayed in Turtle Tracks for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and the home was very clean. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool, even with 4 children. This is our second time booking with Cape Escape vacation rentals and we will definitely book again.

June 2020 My family of five had a wonderful stay in Cape San Blas at Turtle Tracks! The condo is at a very convenient location to the beach....and a short drive to the park, where we were able to enjoy some time on the bay with a pontoon rental! The condo was very clean, and had every accessory we needed to enjoy our stay! Thanks so much! We will be back next year!

This condo was in the perfect location from both the beach and pool. It was quiet and peaceful. The condo itself was well stocked and clean. There were beach chairs, toys, and a beach cart. We have stayed at Barrier Dunes annually for the past 10 years and Turtle Tracks was one of the best units we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Turtle Tracks is a great property that is located very close to the beach and the state park. There are plenty of beach chairs and other supplies to make your trip convenient! Wendy did a great job communicating with us!

My husband, daughter, and I just spent a week at Turtle Tracks. This was our first time going to the Cape. Wendy was incredible to work with and the communication was awesome! The home was beyond perfect, pristine, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!!! For those of you who think the Cape isn't ready for visitors, you are so wrong! The beach is perfect and the gulf is just beautiful. This was also the first time our "baby" (aka French Bulldog) went to the beach. It was challenging to find a pet-friendly home close to the beach and I am so thankful I found Cape Escape! This is definitely our new "home away from home" and can't wait to book next years vacation! Thank you Wendy for thinking of everything and for allowing us to stay in the home. We will treasure the memories we made at the Cape.

Turtle Tracks is a little slice of heaven on Cape San Blas! The home is immaculate and has everything you need and more. It offers a nice view of the gulf which is just a few steps away. The best part was being able to bring our dog who got acclimated to her surroundings right away. The communication with Wendy was amazing as she responded immediately to all my questions and was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay in the home wonderful. The grounds are well-kept and the beach and gulf are just beautiful! This is our new "happy place" and we can't wait to go back again and again.

CSB is beautiful! Despite the destruction from Michael, it is still beautiful. If you are wondering should you come to CSB right now, I say yes! I am so glad that we did. We were not hindered and were able to do everything that we planned to do on a beach vacation. We had a great time staying in Wendy's unit. The unit is everything described and then some. Check-in is easy, communication is superb, and her cleaning staff is a top notch team.

Turtle Tracks Townhome was perfect! It had everything we needed to enjoy the week. A view of the ocean from the master bedroom upstairs. Not too far to walk to the beach. Our grandson enjoyed the pool. Our dog enjoyed the walks. We hope to return some day to enjoy it again.

I met a friend at Barrier Dunes, Turtle Tracks for a mini vacation and I cannot say how pleased we both were with what was offered to us.  


I am used to packing in a crate all needed supplies, Dish soap, Laundry soap, salt and pepper, and all other needed items to make a vacation condo home friendly.  With Turtle Track nothing extra was needed, I did not even take my crate out of the trunk.  I have been coming to Cape San Blas for 25 years and Wendy at Cape Escape has been the easiest agent to deal with and her condos are perfect for a mini or longer vacation.

The beach is perfect and of course, if you travel to Saint Joe’s State park the bay is just as enjoyable.  Thank you Cape Escape my friend, and family will be coming back in years to come!

Thank you for a great experience.  We really enjoyed our stay there.  I really like how you have everything, or almost everything, to make a stay easy and welcoming.  All the beach toys, towels, soap (laundry and dish soap), it was nice not having to bring everything.  


Anyway, thanks again.  This is one of the few places I am really considering coming back to.

Happy Labor Day! We have returned home from Cape San Blas & are all extremely sad our mini vacation is over.  We LOVED it!  The condo was great & had all the amenities we needed.  Thank you so much for everything!  We will  definitely be back again soon.  I’ve already recommended my Mom & sister call you for their next beach trip!  I couldn’t say enough great things about the location & the complex.

We absolutely loved it. Wendy! You will be hearing from us again but for a longer stay. Thank you for all the great info and communicating so well.   It meant a lot to us.
