Our masterfully remodeled 2-story home boasts 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms with a Private Pool makes this a retreat your family will want to return every year.

The Cotton Candy Beach House is close to 3500 square feet offering custom elegance and style in every square inch from the colorful, whimsical atmosphere beautifully created with custom designer touches in every stunning room. There are 2 spacious living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 master suites with private bathrooms, and even 2 laundry rooms which makes this the perfect sanctuary for a large family or group! Both King Beds in the back of the home have walk out balconies overlooking the Private Pool. Great for catching the ocean breeze in the morning while sipping coffee and reading a good book.

The primary living room includes a new 65” LED smart TV with 2 new plush sofas, adjacently located to kitchen and the spacious dining area with a table that seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare and serve your favorite meals for family and friends. Able to accommodate up to 12 people, each of the 4 bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable king-size beds while the 5th bedroom for the kids has full-over-full bunk beds. No pulling of straws over who gets the bigger beds or having to navigate the stairs since all bedrooms are located on the main living floor.

The fun continues at the top floor where the entire family will create more memories together playing pool, ping pong, or board games, while watching their favorite sporting game or tv show on the two 55” smart TV’s. Pool table also converts into a large dining/buffet table with hidden benches on each side. Step outside to watch the sunset from the abundant views of this 2nd story porch while sipping on your favorite beach cocktail. All three levels have high-end polywood outdoor furniture to rest & sunbath.

Plenty of beach gear, beach chairs, and a wagon are provided to ensure your days spent in the sun and surf are perfect! House Rules:
? Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
? No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
? No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
? No smoking. No parties.
? This property requires a separate $500 security deposit hold that will be collected separately by the property. This will be a hold on your card, not a charge and will be released after your stay assuming there are no damages/violations of rental agreement.
? Note: Pool is only heated during the colder winter months at an extra fee of $25/per day.

Parking is for 6 total vehicles max that must fit in the driveway or/and under carport. No large trailers, heavy equipment, or RV parking allowed per HOA community rules.

June & July bookings = During this time period, we only offer 1 week long (7 night) stays from Friday to Friday. Most complexes in this area do the same, but on Sat to Sat. We think Fridays are so much better to be able to enjoy the ENITRE weekend and avoid the crowds and chaos around town...you can just be relaxing on the beach or hanging pool time!
Snowbird-friendly and long term (30+ days) are considered. Please inquire for special pricing.
