The Lagoon Sun condominium complex is in the heart of Gulf Shores on West Beach. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has been recently updated both interior and exterior. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen, and tile floors throughout. The bedding includes a queen in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and two twin ottomans (cots). Plenty of room to sleep 6. There is a huge, updated shower in the bathroom and a stackable washer/dryer. Enjoy views of the little lagoon and the beach from the wrap around balcony. The balcony also includes a large outdoor storage closet for all your beach things and fishing poles. This Lagoon Sun Beach Condo doesn't share any walls with any other condos and is a low density complex with assigned covered parking. It is located across the street from the beach and a short drive to shopping and dining. The Hangout is approximately 1.4 miles east of your location.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, large bowls, strainers, utensils, grilling utensils, plates, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Whether you want to cook a meal at home, or warm up some take out, we want to make you feel at home! There is a nice mom and pop grocery store within walking distance (2 blocks).

We love our dogs and love traveling with them. We welcome well trained, house broken, non -aggressive, non-barking dogs to join you. We have a 30 lb, 2 dog max, and kindly ask that the dogs be crated when you leave the condo and you pick up after them. Only pets allowed are dogs. There is a non-refundable pet deposit. Also, while the condo is pet friendly, unfortunately, the beaches at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are not. There are some pet friendly establishments as well as a dog park. Fort Morgan beaches do allow dogs.

If the reservation does not reflect a pet (& pet fee) the fee will be assessed upon your arrival.

This is a NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING unit; inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
We supply a few basic things to begin your stay: dishwasher pod, 4 towels/washclothes, kitchen towel & washcloth, trash bag & dish detergent. Please note if you'll need additional supplies you are welcome to bring them along, or purchase them at a local store. There is a dollar store just about 1 mile from the condo.

The minimum age to rent is 25 years of age. STRICTLY ENFORCED. Unit accessible by stairs. NO REFUNDS will be issued for weather related cancellations.
