The place was very clean and equipped with anything my family and I needed for our stay and pet friendly.
There was 4 flights of stairs to get to the second floor but we were aware of that before booking and wasn't terrible. We had a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Just returned from 7 days at Sea Oats Gulf Shore Alabama. Condo was as advertised. Very tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Linens were top notch and plentiful. Kitchen was phenomenal. This place wasn’t stocked with hand me downs. Great kitchen tools and anything you could think of for cooking and/or entertaining. Host wast readily available and very responsive. Grounds were kept up and the location was great. Pools, yes there were two, were clean and comfortable. This place had the best of everything and we enjoyed it very much. We would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sea Oats B204. Karen was very responsive and helpful with our questions. We arrived during Hurricane Ida, not sure what to expect. Karen offered to extend our stay or refund our money if we wanted to cancel. We decided to keep our reservation and had an enjoyable time once the weather cleared. The condo was exactly as stated, very clean, updated and roomy enough for 4 adults and child. View from balcony of Gulf was nice and a short walk to the beach. The only issue was low water pressure for showers but would not hesitate to rent from Karen again.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was a quiet environment for us. There was a little view of the ocean from the balcony. The beds were comfortable enough. We had no issues and would gladly stay at this location again. Karen was very easy to communicate with.

The listing was exactly like the actual condo. The landlord was fabulous. Very clean and really nice condo. Pool was clean and relaxing. Condo is across the street from the beach. And it backs up to little lagoon, which makes it great for boats, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing. And everyone in the complex was very friendly. We never felt like we had to worry about our belongings or vehicle. Very safe and secure complex Only downside is there isn’t an elevator or loft. But at least you get your excel use. Lol. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying at the condo again! Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!

Two bedroom\Two bath condo located on the quiet end of West Beach Blvd.
Ring doorbell is located at condo door. It is for security purposes and does record motion for a few seconds when entering and exiting the condo door.
Our condo is a 2 bedroom (King, Queen) with 2 baths, located on the second (top) floor. (There is NO elevator.) ***there is an air mattress in the unit for you to use if you need additional space for sleeping*** The condo is fully furnished, including washer and dryer. There is a flat screen tv and blu-ray player in the living room. There are flat screen tvs in both bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet are provided. The Sea Oats complex is situated between the Little Lagoon in the back of the property and the beach in the front. The lagoon has a nice big pier with boat slips, boat launch, grills, and picnic tables. The condo is across the street from the beach, but it is a very short walk to relaxation. Relatively quiet and peaceful. The complex has two pools and kiddie pools. Parking is located underneath the building. All linens, towels, and wash cloths are included. Bring your own beach towels! The unit is about 1100 sq ft. We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay! We will assign you an entry code prior to your arrival date.
