Welcome to "Colonnades 402". This upscale property is brand new to the program and expecting your 5 Star Review! A beautiful, luxury condo in the heart of Gulf Shores Beach. Park the car and leave it! You are within walking distance (even beach walking) to all the popular restaurants, Gulf State Pier, and the fun Gulf Place Beach area where all the famous festivals are held such as The Hangout Festival and the National Shrimp Festival. The Colonnades is a quiet, low-density, high-end, sits directly on the beach with amazing Gulf Views, and one of the most family-friendly complexes directly on the beach. The complex has 2nd-floor beachfront deck with Pool (Heated Seasonally) and Hot Tub directly overlooking the White Sands and the Gulf of Mexico Waves! There are also his and hers steam-rooms, a fitness room, and beachfront grills! All of this is on the pristine, sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with some of the most beautiful beaches in the Country. The Colonnades Condominium complex has year-round security and covered parking. Bring your bikes or rent some close by. Just across the street from Gulf State Pier is the Hugh Branyon 15-mile biking/ walking trail that winds through the Gulf State Park!

This is a spacious 1,725 sq. ft. condo, so you and your family can really stretch out and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. This home features 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms plus a DIRECT, BEACHFRONT, PRIVATE BALCONY, with a spectacular view of Gulf of Mexico!!! As you enter the property, you find two guest bedrooms - one on either side of the entrance hallway. To the right, Guest Bedroom #1 features King Size Bed, a mounted HDTV, and private access to the guest/hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. Across the hall is Guest Bedroom #2 featuring 2 Queen Size Beds, a HDTV, and a private bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. Both guest bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Next, in the hallway you will find the laundry room, and access to the hall bathroom shared with the first guest bedroom. The Primary Bedroom features a large closet, Smart TV, Beach View with Balcony Access, a King size Bed, and an Ensuite Bathroom with 2-vanity sinks, jetted jacuzzi tub, and stand-up shower. The hallway opens to a spacious open-floor plan, where you'll immediately notice the Beach and Gulf Waters through the Floor-to-Ceiling, Glass windows! To the left is a very nice Mini-Bar. To the right is the updated and fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your vacation. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living space is furnished with a sleeper sofa, and two love seats, one having a twin pull out sleeper and access to the private, Gulf Front Balcony.
