We spent eight nights in the condo. It is a great place to hang out and enjoy the beach where it's not surrounded by massive condos! The condo will sleep a bunch of kids and family members with ease. There are TV's in each room to please everyone. The complex is small, only 3 stories and has the best little snack bar, The Sugar Shack! Be sure to get a burger from Robin where she prepares eveything fresh and made to order. If you need a break from the ocean check out one of the three pools here along with one kiddie pool. The second floor of the complex has a deck that overlooks the ocean with rockers for your relaxing pleasure. We had a very pleasant stay!

Love this unit! Plenty of room for a family or girls trip. They make a great use of space in the bedrooms. Condo has everything you need for your vacation. Complex has 3 pools and a cute snack bar which the kids love for a treat. Condo is centrally located and easy to access attractions and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again soon!!

We’ve rented this unit for several years now and enjoy our stay each time! The unit is tastefully decorated and spacious enough for everyone! We love the beachside pools, kiddie pool and convenient snack stand! We highly recommend this unit for your next beach trip!

2nd-Story Beachfont POOL (HEATED SEASONALLY) & HOTTUB, Fitness Center, Grills, His & Hers Saunas, and Beach boardwalk/Showers.
BEDS: 2 King-size Beds, a Bunk-set+Sleeper, Queen-Sleeper, and Single-Sleeper.
Complex has 2nd-floor beachfront deck with POOL (Heated Seasonally) and HOTTUB directly overlooking the White Sands and Gulf fo Mexico Waves! There is a also a steam room and a fitness room, beachfront grills, all on-site. This is a spacious 1,725 sq. ft. condo, so you and your family/guests can really stretch-out and enjoy vacation, featuring 3 Bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms + DIRECT BEACHFRONT BALCONY, with view of Gulf of Mexico!!! This complex is located directly on the beach.
The Colonnades is quiet, low-density, high-end, and one of the most family-friendly complexes directly on the beach. WALK TO ATTRACTIONS: Condo is located a short stroll from the Gulf State Pier for fishing, and for the only true beachfront restaurant in Gulf Shores - walk the beach to Sea N Suds restaurant, or a little farther to either Pink Pony Pub, or the Hangout.
There are rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach The complex also has BEACHFRONT BAR-B-QUE GRILLS, so you could enjoy dinner at sunset. All of this is on the pristine, sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with some of the most beautiful beaches in the Country. The Colonnades Condominium complex has year round security and covered parking. Also, bring your bikes or rent some, just across the street from Gulf State Pier is the Hugh Branyon 15-mile biking/walking trail that winds through the state park! And, if you're hungry, either walk to the sidedwalk, or the surf to Gulf Shores ONLY true Beachfront Restaurant, Sea N Suds, to eat FRESH GULF SEAFOOD, or walk a little farther to other dining attracations.
As you enter the property, you find two guest bedrooms - one on either side of the entrance hallway. To the right, Guest Bedroom #1 features KING SIZE Bed + mounted HDTV, and private access to the guest/hall bathroom. Across the hall is Guest Bedroom #2 features a Bunk-Bed + twin bed, and bathroom with HDTV and a private bathroom. Both guest bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Next, in the hallway you will find the laundry room, and access to the hall bathroom shared with the first guest bedroom.

The hallway opens up to a spacious open-floor plan, where you'll immediately notice the BEACH & GULF WAVES through FLOOR-TO-CEILING GLASS WINDOWS, and to the left is a very nice Mini-Bar, and to the right is the kitchen - fully updated, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also, a large sink and seperate water spicket for filtered water. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Orange Beach vacation.
The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living space is furnished with a couch, which is a sleeper sofa, and two love seats, one having a twin pull out sleeper. The living room has access to the private BEACH FRONT balcony as well as the master suite.
The Master suite is furnished with a King bed, mounted HDTV, gas fireplace, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with stand up shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity.
Amenities at this complex include: direct beach access, an outdoor beachfront pool (heated seasonally), a beachfront hot tub, men and women's sauna rooms, and a work out room.
