The first floor hosts a well-appointed kitchen with an island breakfast bar for two, a four-person dining space, a small sitting area with a 42-inch TV, and the first of three balconies. The main living room is upstairs, where you'll find a 55-inch smart TV and access to the second balcony. The two bedrooms - both with 32-inch flatscreen TVs - are split between the two levels for privacy, with the primary bedroom upstairs offering its own Tempur-pedic mattress and private balcony.
