The place was as pictured. It was clean and enough room for our family. Felt right at home. Made it so much better not to have to pack beach stuff, since there were plenty at the house. The easy access to the beach was perfect for our crew. My mom loved all the pots and pans available for her to cook some of our meals. The kids are all ready making plans to come back.

It’s so peaceful and close to shops and restaurant. We unfortunately got rained on our 2nd day but still was able to enjoy our day at this home and relax. We will definitely be back!

There are so many amenities that came with this home. The kitchen is fully equipped to prep meals to a fully loaded toy closet for use. Alex and Susan were great hosts and had open communication. Self-check-in was super easy and convenient. The house is super clean and accommodating. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of room. We will revisit in the future.

Blue Parrot #7
Blue Parrot #7 appeared on the TV show "Island Life" (Season 4 Episode 9).
The home has 2400 square feet of space. From the pool view, the unit is on the right side of the duplex. The main level of the home features 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The first bedroom on the main level has a king size bed and full size bath. The second bedroom on the main level is just off of the kitchen area and has two twin bunk beds. The second level of the home features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath and a private Gulf front deck. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed and the north bedroom has a king size bed and they share a full size bathroom between these two rooms. The layout and design of Blue Parrot #7 are perfect for comfort, privacy and entertaining. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, only 1.8 miles from Highway 59, Blue Parrot #7 is a perfect beach house with all of the comforts and luxuries of home.
The unit also has a very large ground level storage room we call the "toy room" (see picture). It is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and pool toys for use by guests. This gives you more space in your vehicle during travel since you do not have to bring these items with you. You can also use this room to store your own things so you don't have to carry them inside the unit.
For technology lovers, the home has internet download speeds up to 1 GB and 6 televisions each with YouTube TV and the option to access Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube and many other apps.
The pool is heated upon request ($60/day charge) and the pool is shared with the other side of the duplex.
For those with air sensitivities, all the duct work in the attic was recently replaced and the 1st floor duct work was recently cleaned.
The unit comes with bed linens (pillow cases, sheets and blankets) and bathroom linens (bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats). Beach towels are not provided. One roll of toilet paper and 2 small bars of soap are provided per bathroom. Wash cloths and dish towels are provided for the kitchen.
Fire station is located one block from the unit.
