The property was very clean and has a great view of the ocean as it is beachfront of course. The pool looked clean but was a little chilly but that doesn’t stop a young child from playing for a few hours in it. Definitely like that the kitchen which has 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which helps with a large family. Overall the stay was great and management help with a few issues which was great but the they never was able to get the TV in the master bedroom to work our entire stay. I give it 4.8 stars and would return back to this property!

When it comes to vacation, we are Hotel snobs! This house exceeded all of our expectations! It was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views! It was right on the water and convenient to get back to the house for naptime for our Littles. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to go back again! The first night we had an issue with the pool heater and the owner was super responsive and was able to get it fixed immediately!

This is a beautiful house. New and modern, beautiful touches all over the house. Owners/Managers were very quick to follow up on any question or information needed. Location is great, close to everything. Suggestion: bigger pots and pans for family sized cooking. Would recommend and would stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Lil Tip Sea. The property was exactly as described-super clean, very spacious, great location, and amazing beach views. Kitchen was awesome with two refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers & washers/dryers. The living spaces were very nice with plenty of seating for everyone and the elevator was a nice addition to this 3-story beach house. We brought our own pots as previous reviews stated they were limited, however, all other items were plentiful. Property owners were very friendly and quickly responded to all requests/inquiries. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing family vacation at this property. It is beautifully decorated and seems essentially new. Very high ceilings on every floor and abundant windows enabled breathtaking views. From the extravagant master suite on the top floor, we could see both stunning sunrises and sunsets from the side windows. The property was spotless and smelled fresh and clean on entry. There were 9 of us: 5 adults and 4 children under the age of 15. Each kid was delighted to have their own room and the adults all had gulf-front master bedrooms with pub height chairs on the balconies for amazing views. The elevator worked perfectly was handy for moving luggage up to the top floor. Dedicated (and great working) air conditioning per floor ensured we were all comfortable. High quality ceiling fans in every room allowed for great circulation if more was desired. Property manager response was excellent for a small issue that popped up and was immediately addressed. High quality appliances in the kitchen; wall oven and micro/oven in addition to the range oven, two dishwashers, two large refrigerators with water and ice, and a separate dedicated ice maker were really appreciated. As other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchen has the basic pots and utensils, more advanced cooks might want to bring larger stock pots and perhaps some nicer non-stick skillets. Nice coffee mugs and Keurig as well as a nice toaster helped our morning rituals. We ate nearly all of our dinner meals at local restaurants - there are many good ones in the gulf shores area. The beach area in front of the property is classic Gulf Shores - tons of clean white sand and nice water frontage. The area is all homes, no condo towers on the beach nearby so it seems a little more private and less crowded. There is a condo tower across the street, but we didn’t see too many people coming through the public access down the way (perhaps due to the season). The private gated boardwalk was a nice feature that many gulf-front homes don’t have available. The spigot on the boardwalk to rinse off sandy feet is a nice touch. Given we were there in late October, we asked to have the pool heated and it was comfortable when we arrived. This is a beautiful home and we would gladly stay again.

This amazing 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath home is located directly on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. Built in 2021 and professionally decorated in a coastal-elegant décor, this home sleeps 20 guests on three levels, making it ideal for a family gathering or corporate retreat. It has a private pool, beach-boardwalk, two laundry areas, large "kid’s den" or “secondary den” on the second level, large living/dining/kitchen area on the main level. Combine these luxuries with covered parking,
BBQ area under the home, outdoor shower, and unparalleled views from one of five private balconies and you have a beach home that dreams are made of. As you arrive at this beautiful property, you will find covered parking for up to 3 vehicles under the home and parking for 2-4 more in the driveway. From here you will have immediate access to the private boardwalk or you may enter the home using the stairs or the elevator. On the main level of the home guests will enjoy a large, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with 180-degree beach views, a half-bath, two bedrooms, each with their own private bath, an expansive beachfront balcony with a private pool (pool can be heated for an extra fee but not heated at hot tub temps), and beach boardwalk.
The dining table will seat 8 guests, the kitchen island will seat 5 guests, and the outdoor dining table will seat 8. The beautifully decorated living area features an 85” TV, shiplap walls, and comfortable seating for 12. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with ample dishes, cookware, and utensils, and features two sets of stainless appliances (two ovens, two side-by-side refrigerators, two dishwashers), granite counters, and an icemaker. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area, a half-bath, and two queen guest rooms, each with private baths. The second level of the home is a perfect spot for the family to enjoy some fun time with a separate den, two queen rooms and two king rooms. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the den has two sleeper sofas.
The two king bedrooms feature a beach-front balcony stretching the width of the home. The third level features a kitchenette, complete with small refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, and dishes, located in the common area at the top of the landing, a queen guest room with attached bath, and the master suite. Pamper yourself in this LUXURIOUS master suite, compete with a king-sized bed, private gulf-front balcony, and attached spa bath. The bath features a double-vanity, a custom walk-in shower, expansive walk-in closet, large soaking tub with Gulf views from the bath. At Lil Tip Sea, no detail has been overlooked, making this the ultimate beachfront vacation experience. It will include everything that you need for your stay in the home itself such as linens, bathing towels and a well-stocked kitchen.
If you want something not considered “standard” like an air fryer or juicer, you will need to bring it. We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. This usually includes: one roll of tp per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. This is more of a convenience and not meant to last for an entire stay. We do not provide daily maid service but the home is equipped with two full washers and dryers. Additional maid service during the stay can be arranged for an added fee. Per our insurance stipulation, we can’t supply anything that may be consumed such as salt, pepper, spices, condiments, sugar, etc.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Accommodations are furnished with sofa beds, dining tables, and kitchen islands. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations.Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms.Recreational amenities at the vacation home include a water park and an outdoor pool.The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or nearby; fees may apply.
